This annual event provides continuing education on changing health care topics to pharmacy professionals including, but not limited to, independent, chain, hospital, and long-term care pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and student pharmacists.

February in Auburn means one thing – the APA Mid-Winter Conference!  (or it has the past few years anyway😊)  What?  Ya’ll thought I meant Auburn baseball, basketball, equestrian, gymnastics or maybe softball?   That’s all true too but it looks like all but the women’s basketball team is away on our weekend this year. 

Make plans to join us February 22 – 24, 2019 at the Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center for a weekend full of networking, interesting continuing education programming and some free time to enjoy the Loveliest Village on the Plains.  Twelve hours of continuing education will be offered from Friday to Sunday including 6 hours of consultant programming on Saturday.

Take advantage of our special rate of $137 per night plus tax by calling 1-800-228-2876 and identifying yourself as an Alabama Pharmacy Association conference attendee or by following the link below.  The reduced room rate will be available until midnight on January 31, 2019. Registration materials will be mailed in January.  Remember, the hotel normally sells out so don’t wait until the last minute to make your reservations!

CPE Credit:
In order to receive credit for this program you must provide APA with your NABP e-Profile ID as well as the month and day of your date of birth.  In addition, you must sign-in at the beginning of the program and complete an evaluation form at the conclusion of the program.  No exceptions.  No partial credit will be given for the CPE programs so it is important that you arrive on time.  Your credit will be uploaded to CPE Monitor within four weeks of the program. You must provide APA with all required information within 60 days of the program to receive credit.  APA cannot award CE credit after 60 days.

Refunds: If you are unable to attend the program, refunds will be made through February 8, 2019; however, APA will retain a $25 processing fee and require a written request for the refund. No refunds will be made after February 8, 2019. Cancellations made after February 8, 2019, no shows, or changes made on-site to registration will not be refunded.  Refunds will not be given for inclement weather.
