APA is dedicated to advocating for the profession of pharmacy in the Alabama Legislature and in the United States Congress. Through our Government Affairs team, we play an active and crucial role in protecting the interests of our members and their patients. We help to educate public officials on the importance of the role that pharmacists and pharmacy technicians play in the overall health care of patients.

Members may become more involved in the political process by signing up for the APA Legislative Tree, donating to the APA PAC, attending Legislative Day, or by serving on the Legislative Affairs Committee.
